Return & Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Important: An unboxing/opening video is mandatory to process any return or refund request. Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened will not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us at nalinaadvocate@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged/wrong product

  • Complete unboxing/opening video

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with the required evidence so we can review and resolve the issue.

An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or wrong item claims.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing/opening video

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible return is approved, the appropriate resolution will be provided based on the issue.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
